La juridiction a invalid\u00e9 la requalification des faits op\u00e9r\u00e9e en premi\u00e8re instance, tout en maintenant la sanction p\u00e9nale prononc\u00e9e \u00e0 son encontre.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans sa d\u00e9cision, la chambre d&rsquo;appel a confirm\u00e9 la condamnation de Steve Amoussou \u00e0 deux ans de prison ferme, assortie d\u2019une amende de deux millions de francs CFA. Elle a retenu les qualifications de harc\u00e8lement par le biais d\u2019une communication \u00e9lectronique, diffusion de fausses nouvelles et incitation \u00e0 la r\u00e9bellion, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l\u2019analyse du parquet sp\u00e9cial, qui avait contest\u00e9 la requalification op\u00e9r\u00e9e par la chambre correctionnelle sans remettre en cause le quantum de la peine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019issue du d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9, Me Aboubacar Baparap\u00e9, avocat de Steeve Amoussou fait savoir qu\u2019aucun pourvoi en cassation ne serait introduit.
