Infrastructures, B\u00e9nin<\/mark><\/strong> – L’Agence b\u00e9ninoise de gestion int\u00e9gr\u00e9e des espaces frontaliers (ABeGIEF), sous la direction de Monsieur Youssouf Adam depuis juin dernier, a r\u00e9cemment obtenu l’aval du ministre de l’Int\u00e9rieur et de la S\u00e9curit\u00e9 publique pour lancer un ambitieux programme de construction d’infrastructures sociocommunautaires dans sept communes frontali\u00e8res du pays.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selon les informations de notre source locale, il est pr\u00e9vu de construire au total 19 salles de classe, 4 bureaux et magasins, 5 blocs de latrines comprenant chacun quatre cabines, 3 blocs administratifs, 2 logements pour enseignants, ainsi qu’une cuisine. Ces infrastructures seront implant\u00e9es dans les communes de Banikoara et Malanville dans le d\u00e9partement de l’Alibori, K\u00e9rou dans l’Atacora, Kalal\u00e9 et Tchaourou dans le Borgou, Athi\u00e9m\u00e9 dans le Mono, et enfin Aplahou\u00e9 dans le Couffo. L’ex\u00e9cution de ces travaux, qui s’\u00e9talera sur une dur\u00e9e de trois \u00e0 six mois selon les villes concern\u00e9es, vise \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 une demande urgente d’am\u00e9lioration des conditions de vie et d’acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l’\u00e9ducation dans ces zones souvent marginalis\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un projet ambitieux pour renforcer les infrastructures \u00e9ducatives<\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une source bien inform\u00e9e au sein du d\u00e9partement des strat\u00e9gies de d\u00e9veloppement des espaces frontaliers de l’ABeGIEF, la structure en charge de la contractualisation avec les entreprises qui seront retenues pour l\u2019ex\u00e9cution des travaux, des pr\u00e9cisions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 fournies \u00e0 notre r\u00e9daction concernant les projets \u00e0 venir. \u00c0 Banikoara, par exemple, \u00e0 l’\u00c9cole Primaire Publique (EPP) Kokey, il est pr\u00e9vu de construire trois salles de classe, un bureau, un magasin et des latrines, ainsi que des logements pour les enseignants. De m\u00eame, dans la commune de Malanville, les enseignants de Bo\u00efffo verront leurs conditions de vie am\u00e9lior\u00e9es gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la construction de logements d\u00e9di\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Par ailleurs, Athi\u00e9m\u00e9 b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiera \u00e9galement de ces nouvelles infrastructures. Au Coll\u00e8ge d\u2019Enseignement G\u00e9n\u00e9ral (CEG) Aguidahou\u00e9, un bloc administratif, quatre salles de classe et des latrines seront construits, tandis qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019EPP Adham\u00e8, deux salles de classe, de latrine \u00e0 quatre cabines et une cuisine sont pr\u00e9vues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dans la commune d\u2019Aplahou\u00e9, au CEG Agodogouin, les \u00e9l\u00e8ves pourront bient\u00f4t \u00e9tudier dans un module flambant neuf de quatre salles de classe, accompagn\u00e9 d\u2019un bloc administratif et de latrines modernes. \u00c0 Kalal\u00e9, \u00e0 l\u2019EPP Basso, trois salles de classe, un bureau et un magasin seront construits, avec l\u2019ajout de latrines pour am\u00e9liorer les conditions sanitaires. Enfin, \u00e0 l\u2019EPP Kaobagou, dans la commune de K\u00e9rou, trois nouvelles salles de classe, un bureau et un magasin verront le jour, avec des latrines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un financement national<\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Le co\u00fbt total des travaux, selon nos informations, s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 566 millions de francs CFA, provenant du budget national de l’exercice 2024 et allou\u00e9 au Programme National de Gestion Int\u00e9gr\u00e9e des Espaces Frontaliers (PNGIEF).
